Dear Mormando’s

I’m writing to you because I was very impressed with your service on 4/24/07. I called around 8:30 A.M. about a clogged kitchen sink and you said you would here by 9:15 A.M. I was expecting one of those crazy times like between 1-3 P.M. The Technician, I think his name was Carmen, arrived almost exactly at 9:15 A.M. and was very professional, and courteous. He mentioned that you have a $30.00 Coupon in the Phone Book, which I didn’t have, but it was nice that he even offered that information. And today I was very surprised to find a thank you card in the mail from you. It doesn’t take a lot to do that, but it sure does mean a lot to your customers.

I wanted to write a letter about a company I used for services in the recent past.

Last week I accidentally, flushed my wedding ring down the drain. I immediately woke my husband and we called Mormando’s Plumbing Company.

Dominic arrived at our house and recovered my ring. He was extremely polite, hard working and very accommodating. Dominic wanted to find my ring. He climbed into two sewer drains 500 feet from my house to find my ring.

He went above and beyond the “normal” call of duty. He definitely has a very happy and satisfied customer.

John and I want to thank you for stopping and taking the time to help us on Thursday, July 14th. All four of us appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness more than words can express.

We got back to the highway just as the tow truck from Bear’s Auto was about to pull away with their car. We were so thankful we were able to get back before Jean and Carl were left stranded alone along the highway with no car. Thankfully, because of your kindness, everything worked out well.

Dear Dominic,

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your prompt attention to the serious water supply leak that we had at our home. You quick attention was appreciated. Your expertise was invaluable in resolving the issues that surrounded this problem. Having the Township Plumbing Inspector on site during the dig has been extremely valuable to us, as we have pursued the matter in the courts.
